I have purchased software from Skyemobile and I was billed for the purchase by PayPal, but I never received my item via on-screen notification nor email.

For technical reasons beyond the control of Skyemobile, it is possible that the checkout process might be interupted directly after being billed by PayPal and before we are able to complete your checkout. If this has happened to you, please click here and enter the PayPal Transaction ID that you received in the payment confirmation email from PayPal. This email was sent to your PayPal email address (entered during the PayPal checkout).
