  1. I have not received my registration code from the software developer.

  1. If it's been more than 24 hours and you have not received your registration code from the developer, please contact Skyemobile Customer Care. If the software developer provided a support address in the order confirmation you can contact them directly. Be sure to provide the developer the purchase email address and your Skyemobile Order Number. If the developer does not respond, please contact Skyemobile Customer Care for further assistance. NOTE: Please check your spam filter to make sure the email from the developer was not blocked. Oftentimes, email accounts such as Hotmail, AOL, or Yahoo will block the emails and deliver them to a spam or junk folder.
