The IMEI on your phone stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. The IMEI is a unique 15 or 17 digit code used to identify an individual GSM mobile telephone to a mobile network. The IMEI can be displayed on most phones by keying in *#06# and the 15 or 17 digit unique code will be displayed on the screen. It is also usually printed on the back of the device, usually on the compliance plate under the battery compartment. The IMEI numerical format is: 123456-00-123456-0-00 or 12345600123456000. When purchasing software applications from Skyemobile, you may be asked for your IMEI number in the following format: 123456-00-123456-0. Please be sure that you provide the correct IMEI number or the registration key provided will not work with your purchased application.
